A single-region coffee from the smallholder group of Siltepec El Jaguar in Mexico, MORNING – Tried & True is exactly the best example of “easy to drink but not monotonous”. The flavor is both familiar and layered, with a round entrance with a syrupy mellow mouthfeel, faint plum fruit and smooth creaminess that balance each other, and the finish is like a smooth piece of milk chocolate.

The water wash treatment coupled with traditional high-altitude growing results in a clean and stable overall flavor, perfect for everyday drinking. Whether it’s Espresso, milk coffee, Long Black, or even iced coffee, it can maintain a soft, pleasing performance and is a safe choice that “you won’t regret anything wrong”.

The coffee is grown and treated in the traditional way by smallholder farmers at Siltepec El Jaguar, using shade planting, peeling, water washing and sun drying to completely preserve the natural sweetness and balance of the beans.
