Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Concept Avenue (www.concept-avenue.com). We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

Express Shipping	Same-day delivery	HKD $150
Free Shipping	Within 3 working days	FREE (Orders over HKD $500)

Note: Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches HKD $500 or more (after any discounts are applied).

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

· Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

· Express (Same-Day) Delivery: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM / Noon Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly via our courier partner's website.

4. Delivery Address & Missing Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Concept Avenue is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours.
